Our primary markets are religious, educational, camp, and social service nonprofit organizations. With 40 years of experience servicing thousands of clients, we’re able to do that with excellence.
NCG INSURANCE AGENCY is seeking a superior customer service agent to service our accounts. This full-time (M-F, 40 hrs./wk.) position includes day-to-day communications with the client and company underwriters, reporting claims, requesting policy changes, making necessary risk management recommendations, and managing the renewal process, including remarketing as required. Agents are also required to review and offer appropriate coverage for clients and quote/issue policies upon request. Work Experience Requirements:
Licenses Property/Casualty agent
2+ years of experience in the insurance industry
Performance Standards:
Professional demeanor and strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to apply critical thinking, work independently, and pay attention to detail.
