HSLDA DISCOUNT GROUP MEMBERS INFO/APPLICATION

If your organization is an HSLDA Discount Group or affiliated with an HSLDA Discount Group, you will have a six-digit Discount Group Number beginning with the number 2.

With this HSLDA Discount Group Number, you are eligible to apply for and submit an application for either the Support Group Activities Program or the Support Group Special Events Program.

EXISTING CUSTOMERS OR RETURNING GROUPS

If you are an existing customer or your group has had insurance with us in the past, a custom user ID will be created for you, and emailed from our new portal 30 – 60 days prior to renewal. The email will come from HomeschoolSupport@ncginsurance.com, so please make sure to check your junk email if you don’t receive this email in your inbox. If you have any questions or need to check on your renewal status, please contact us.

SUPPORT GROUP ELIGIBILITY:
All HSLDA affiliated Discount Groups, including their registered Home School Students, Non-Employee Teachers and Volunteers are eligible for coverage during supervised, Group sponsored Home School events and activities, including travel to and from all events and activities (other than in-home instruction and organized athletics).
COVERAGE:
Participation of 100% of all Eligible Persons is required for each separately enrolling group. The individual coverage for each group will begin on the date of acceptance or on the date requested, whichever is later, subject to payment of the required premium. Coverage is for a full 12 months.

This program has been designed to cover all registered participants attending Group sponsored events, such as conferences, seminars and leadership retreats. This coverage is included in your Support Group Accident Medical and General Liability policies. If your Group has not enrolled in the Accident Medical and General Liability program for Support Groups, then your Group will need to purchase this coverage in order to have insurance for your Group’s Events.
SUPPORT GROUP EVENT ELIGIBILITY:
Any Home School Groups who desire coverage for a specified Group sponsored event, such as a conference, seminar, leadership retreat, and other such events are eligible to obtain coverage for all registered participants who attend their event(s).
COVERAGE:

To submit Additional Insured Certificate requests, please Contact Us. The first two (2) requested Additional Insured Certificates are provided at no additional cost. Thereafter, Additional Insured Certificates will cost $35.00.

The Directors & Officers application must be submitted to NCG Insurance Agency to provide an individual quote. To quote this coverage, a completed application, most current year-end financial statement, and a copy of your by-laws are required.
